Recently during the hospital 26th Annual Achievement Award on September 3, Eleazor Delgadillo, Environmental Services Assistant was named as a recipeient of the Grace Awards and Employee of the year.

Grace Awards
“The Grace Awards are in honor of Lucile Salter Packard, and the reason we called it the Grace Awards is because she was known as a woman of grace,” said Christopher G. Dawes, president and CEO at Stanford Children’s Health. “Her vision and compassion led to the creation of Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital. It is truly unique.”
The Grace Awards recognize outstanding achievement and dedication in caring for children and expectant mothers. This year Stanford Children’s Health named Eleazer Delgadillo, housekeeping assistant, as a Grace Award winner and the 2017 Employee of the Year.
“Eleazer exudes a warm energy to everyone around her, and she’s humble,” said Jill Sullivan, MSN, RN, vice president of hospital transformation, referencing comments shared by Eleazer’s colleagues. “She doesn’t expect recognition for her work, and she truly deserves recognition. She’s a major asset to our hospital.”
