Farewell and Welcome to Margarita Ramirez

It's not often you get to wish someone farewell and welcome on the same day. It's also not often you get to work with someone as patience and dedidated as Margarita Ramirez, Administrative Assistant.

Margarita Ramirez had worked at Stanford Healthcare (SHC) for the past 16 years. She has developed her career at SHC and Lucile Packard Children's Hospital (LPCH) during the time span. She started as a Patient Support Assistant (PSA) in Nursing, transfered to the Environmental Services department as a Secretary when the PSA program was dissolved. She had also previously worked at Lucille Packard Children's Hospital (LPCH) as a Clinic Assistant and came back to SHC as an Office Asst. IV. She was promoted in 2010 as an Admin Assistant and once again in 2014 as Admin Asst. II. Margarita will be joining the Environmental Serivces team as Admin Asistant in LPCH.

Although we will miss her dearly, we are glad that she will just be in the next building.

During her speech at her going away party, Margarita reminded all colleagues to take advantage on the career development opportunity that was offered by Stanford Health Care. She had benefited from the program and advanced her career at SHC through the program. She wanted to tell everyone the following message "May God bless all of you always and keep everyone in his care. I will keep all of you in my heart forever! I wish you all the best!

Margarita- Thank you for all that you had done for all of us! We wish you all the best at LPCH! You will be missed at SHC.

From the LPCH team- Welcome! We are glad to have you as part of our team! See you soon!
